Sandra is a qualified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Zumba Instructor and an experienced dancer. She holds a Certificate III and IV in Fitness from the Western Australian Fitness Academy and has gained an understanding of exercise physiology and rehabilitation.

From 1999, Sandra trained intensively to compete in Australian Dance Sport Championships in Latin American Ballroom. She has experienced the physical and mental demands of intense training, while working in a dance partnership and with a coach. She has learnt the importance of motivational coaching, diet, rest and recovery that are required for the demands of competitive training.

Sandra studied dance from the age of 5 and has trained and performed in Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, Latin and Spanish Flamenco. However, her greatest passion lies with Salsa dancing. She has instructed different styles of Latin dance over the last 12 years and travels annually to participate in workshops from National and International instructors.
